Going Global

In December 2015, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) launched NSERC 2020, a multi-year strategic plan to help position the agency as a vital contributor to Canada’s future prosperity.

Going Global is one of the NSERC 2020 goals being pursued over the next five years and beyond.

To achieve this goal, NSERC will be working with domestic and international partners to leverage Canadian research strengths in areas of national importance, and gain access and contribute to world-class scientific and engineering knowledge, talent and expertise.
