Science and Technology Day on the Hill

On October 19, NSERC joined the Honourable Gary Goodyear, Minister of State (Science and Technology), on Parliament Hill to celebrate Science and Technology Day on the Hill (STDH). The event, which was held during the National Science and Technology Week, included participants from seventeen federal government departments and other bodies. University representatives from this year’s Synergy Awards were also in attendance to showcase their accomplishments. STDH was an initiative of the federal science and technology community, with the oversight of the Assistant Deputy Minister S&T Integration Board.
