The Council approach to implementing green procurement is to focus on the use of Public Services and Procurement Canada procurement instruments, the Shared Services Canada procurement instruments, the delivery of training to key personnel, the inclusion of green procurement objectives in the employee performance evaluation of key decision makers. | ||
