Overview

The symbol is a visual identifier for NSERC as an organization.
It consists of a symbol and a bilingual wordmark.

You may download and use the logo only for the purpose of visually acknowledging NSERC’s contributions to your project.

Guidelines

Clear space and minimum size

To protect the strength and integrity of our symbol, a clear space area,
free of competing visual elements, should be maintained. In the example below,
"X" represents the clear space around the symbol. "X" is equal to half the height and
width of the circle in the NSERC symbol. The minimum size of the symbol should measure no less than 1.5 cm (5/8 inch) in width.

How to use the NSERC symbol

• The symbol must always be proportionally scaled,
  and no modification can be made.
• The symbol is available in both a colour and a black and white version.

The correct symbol is shown below.

• Do not distort, stretch, tilt or modify the symbol.

Some examples of incorrect usage are illustrated below.

Although the main version is preferred for consistency, sometimes it may be necessary to use an alternate version of the symbol. Please select one of the following versions.

Stacked version

Although the main version is preferred for consistency, sometimes it may be necessary to use a stacked version of the symbol. This is the approved stacked version.
