NSERC, the federal government’s primary vehicle for investing in research in science and engineering at Canadian universities, is always seeking opportunities to work with other organizations with common goals to support research and student training.
A variety of organizations can be considered as eligible host institutions for our Industrial Postgraduate Scholarships (IPS) program and Northern Research Internships (NRINT).
If your organization would like to work with NSERC to stimulate or co-fund research in Canadian universities and colleges or facilitate the transfer of academic research knowledge to enhance Canada’s economy, society, or environment, please contact the Director of Bio-Industries; Information Communications and Manufacturing; or Environment and Natural Resources in the Research Partnerships Programs Division.
If your interests focus on the transfer of academic research knowledge, and/or applied research at colleges please contact the Director of Knowledge and Technology Transfer.
