Synergy Awards for Innovation Nomination Checklist

Nomination packages must be received at NSERC by April 15, 2011.

Incomplete nominations and nominations received at NSERC after April 15 will not be accepted.

The complete nomination package must include:

• the on-line Synergy Awards Nomination Form completed, printed and signed by:
  • the nominator, who must be a senior executive from one of the participating organizations, either from the university (the President or Vice-President of Research, or equivalent), or from a one of the industrial partner organizations (President, CEO or Vice-President of Research, or equivalent);
  • the senior executive of all other partner organizations listed on the Synergy Awards Nomination Form.

Nominations submitted by other individuals will not be accepted.  

• a letter of support from:
  • the nominator (a senior executive of one of the industrial partner organizations or an executive head of the university);
  • the senior executive of all other partner organizations listed on the Synergy Awards Nomination Form.
• Nomination material, a maximum of six 8 1/2" x 11" (21.5 cm x 28 cm) sheets, single sided. See Nomination Information for details
