Information Sessions

NSERC has adopted new ways of communicating information to prospective applicants for scholarships and fellowships about program updates and application procedures. Scheduled Scholarships and Fellowships University Visits have been replaced with resources and materials on the How to Apply page. Staff members may also be available to participate by teleconference in scholarships information sessions organized by universities themselves.

These changes will enable students to access information 24/7 at their convenience, rather than attending a single session that may not fit into their schedules. While the focus will be on web-based content, NSERC staff will continue to be available to respond to specific questions.

NSERC/SSHRC/CIHR Scholarships and Fellowships Regional Meetings, oriented toward scholarships liaison officers and university administrators, will continue to be held.
