The Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami and NSERC are collaborating to enhance Inuit self-determination in research

The Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami (ITK) and NSERC recently announced their partnership to advance the implementation of the National Inuit Strategy on Research. NSERC and ITK will work together in a respectful, sustainable and open relationship that will promote equitable research outcomes for Inuit in Canada, improve Inuit governance in research and support Inuit research training and capacity. A work plan is under co-development with both organizations to help concretize this commitment.
