Your opportunity to participate in information sessions on Athena SWAN

General news

August 29, 2018

As you may know, the Government of Canada is adopting a “made-in-Canada” Athena SWAN program, as part of Minister Duncan’s commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in research.

Over the past few months, consultations and information sessions have been hosted across the country to seek your views on how best to implement, maximize and assess the impacts of the Athena SWAN initiative.

In the coming weeks, you are invited to participate in any of the following information briefings. In these sessions, NSERC will provide a brief presentation about the program, and answer any of your questions.

We also encourage you to submit your ideas for a “made-in-Canada” Athena SWAN initiative by email at: consultations@nserc-crsng.gc.ca
