Please note that the consultation period has been extended to September 30, 2018.
The three federal granting agencies (NSERC, CIHR and SSHRC) are seeking feedback on the Draft Tri-Agency Research Data Management (RDM) Policy. RDM refers to the processes of collecting, creating, formatting, preserving, sharing and reusing research data. RDM is important because a strong culture of data management will enhance Canadian research excellence, support discovery and fuel innovation.
The agencies invite institutions, associations, organizations, and individuals to comment on the Draft Policy and its effectiveness in advancing data management practices in Canada. The consultation has been extended to September 30, 2018.
